What we collect and why

Checklist signup. If you enter your email address to receive the AI Agent Testing Checklist, we store it to send you the checklist, three follow-up emails over the following week, and occasional updates about Playwright and AI testing. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Email is processed by Kit (Kit.com, ConvertKit LLC, USA), which acts as our processor; Kit records the date and time of signup, your IP address and whether emails are opened or links clicked. Enquiries. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus six years for accounting records.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share them with anyone other than the processors named here. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It is hosted on [Cloudflare Pages / GitHub Pages], whose servers log requests (including IP address) for security and operation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email uncleaaroh@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
